The Alpha AX-2 SD uses Hoyt's HBX SD cam and module system, specifically developed to provide premium bow performance for archers with shorter draw lengths. The system covers 23" through 27" in ½" increments, with the 25" setting corresponding to the E module position.
Compact and Balanced Hunting Platform
At 29.5" axle-to-axle and approximately 4.1 lbs, the Alpha AX-2 SD is easy to maneuver in tree stands, ground blinds, and other confined hunting situations. Hoyt's updated riser geometry, limbs, and limb pockets are designed to maintain efficiency and a stable shooting feel despite the compact dimensions.
The bow also incorporates Hoyt's In-Line Accessory System and WireWRX strings and cables, providing an integrated platform for building a well-balanced hunting setup.
