Switchweight Technology
The Image uses Switchweight Technology, allowing the bow's peak draw weight to be changed by installing the appropriate cam module rather than replacing the limbs. Mathews' Image mod chart specifies that a module engraved “75 lb” produces an actual 50 lb peak weight on the Image.
Compact, Lightweight Hunting Platform
With a 29" axle-to-axle length and 4.27 lb mass weight, the Image is easy to maneuver while maintaining a stable shooting platform. Its 6" brace height and Crosscentric Cam are designed to provide a smooth draw cycle and consistent performance, with published speeds up to 335 FPS depending on configuration.
Mathews also equipped the Image with Bridge-Lock Technology and 3D Damping, bringing premium vibration-management and accessory-integration features to this lower-poundage platform.
Please Note: The Image's Switchweight module markings can differ from the bow's actual peak draw weight. For this configuration, the 75-lb marked module corresponds to 50 lbs actual peak weight.
