The TETHRD Wild Country Ropeman 1 is a compact mechanical ascender designed for quick and convenient rope adjustment in saddle-hunting setups. It is commonly used with TETHRD tree tethers and lineman belts, allowing hunters to make adjustments more efficiently than with a traditional friction hitch.
The Ropeman 1 features hot-forged sideplates, an alloy cam, a high-strength stainless-steel axle, and a stainless-steel cable leash. Its flat cam profile is designed for easy release under light loads, while its compact construction keeps weight to a minimum. It is compatible with 10–13 mm rope and is tested to EN 567 standards.
